Healing begins when you feel seen, supported, and understood.
Our practice helps clients move through trauma and rebuild lives rooted in confidence, connection, and peace.
We’re committed to compassionate care, meaningful change, and stronger communities — one person, one family, one moment at a time.
Meet Kimberly.
Kimberly Fazzini, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker and dedicated community advocate with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families across New Jersey. A proud Rutgers University and Douglass College alumna, she has worked across diverse healthcare and mental health settings including emergency departments, acute rehabilitations, assisted living and long-term care facilities, and community agencies.
Kimberly specializes in supporting individuals experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, postpartum challenges, and caregiver burnout. She became a Certified Trauma Therapist through the National Association of Social Workers in 2021. Kimberly provides trauma-informed care and integrates CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients build emotional awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.
In addition to her clinical work, Kimberly is committed to mentoring emerging professionals in social work. She became a Certified Clinical Supervisor through NASW in 2024 and completed her Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) certification through Rutgers School of Social Work in 2021.
Deeply committed to service, Kimberly has served on the Board of Directors for Jenni’s Toys since 2012, helping ensure children in need experience joy during the holiday season through partnerships with hospitals, shelters, the foster care systems, and local schools. Prior to that, she completed two years of service with AmeriCorps and the ReBuild NJ program through the United Way, supporting families impacted by Superstorm Sandy with home rebuilding and securing recovery resources.
As a lifelong resident of Toms River, Kimberly is passionate about strengthening the community she proudly calls home and where she is now raising her two sons. When she is not working, this true Jersey girl enjoys spending time with family & friends at the beach, concerts, Rutgers athletics -- Go Knights!, and local community events.
